Building social and institutional acceptance across Australia.

Healthcare doesn’t exist in a vacuum. To encourage acceptance of the most cost effective treatments, the Neuromedicines Discovery Centre will navigate social, institutional, economic and regulatory contexts to remove potential barriers to progress.

Better Futures partners with BehaviourWorks Australia, a research enterprise at the Monash Sustainable Development Institute who engage with government and a range of industries to find behavioural solutions across areas from regulation and sustainability to organisational change and community engagement.

Using findings from behavioural science, we will work with patients and clinicians to translate research into tangible social policies and guidelines to enable treatments to be readily available and affordable.
